Sprung

So I'm kinda pissed that I missed it.

I saw the signs several weeks ago....the little buds on the trees signaling the arrival of spring-like things to come. Green leaves filling the treetops and bushes.

But, somehow over the last few weeks it's like they didn't wait on me. It seems like overnight----against laws of nature----all the green is here. Well, thankfully it's still that Crayola 'Spring Green' color...not full on John Deere hues. I guess I just forgot to pay attention to my favorite time of year. Oy with the poodles already.

Oh well...I can still enjoy some of it.

And it's not like finishing 2 complete seasons of Gilmore Girls in 8 days had anything to do with it....most of that was at night and on rainy days. Mostly.
