Steal Of The Century....

Ok, so I was in WalMart Sunday and I just decided to browse down the furniture aisles to check stuff out, and they happened to be next to the photo frame aisle. Well, lo and behold, for the first time ever I see a poster frame for a 27" X 40" poster (standard 'theatrical movie' poster size; not your pussy mini-poster that you buy from those flip things at Spencers)! Well.....this is just PERFECT b/c I had my MST3K poster and my Kill Bill poster that I wanted framed to match my Magnolia poster. Well, the sad thing is I was actually planning to carry them to a frame shop in Pontotoc this Tuesday to get them done. Well, as it turns out I probably just saved myself about $150.....b/c these things at WalMart cost me $18 and change! Yep.....wouldv'e been about $70 per poster at a frame shop. And......I just wanted a basic black frame. These are just black plastic.....really set off the posters nicely. I'm soo stoked.

While I was in Tupelo....I was alone so I came within mere minutes/inches of going ahead and buying a projector. You have no idea how much I'm jonesing for one.

I mean....with my room situation now I can make it work so that I can have an entire wall if I want. Basically...just however much it will display at 13' back (that's how long my room is...roughly).

The only problem I can forsee is where to display it; we have paneling. It's painted, mind you, but it's still paneling. So honestly that's about all that's keeping me from this. So if I figure out how to put up some kind of screen and how to paint/color it so things will show up nicely, I will be a movie watching fool. ——with a projector. Hahahah.

------

I have the Front Right Audio Channel from Episode I recorded.....I'm making a start.

Still open for suggestions; I took my last post down for a few reasons....but I'm still awaiting input from Star Wars fans with suggestions on how to recut the first prequel.

Adam.......shhhhhhhh about the 'meetings', and thanks.....I may do that for temporary, I would definitely iron out the creases, though!

Adam....yeah....prices are insanely low everywhere; I just have to decide which one I want. Obviously features are important; I'll just have to look at them. Oh, and enjoy Netflix. Now, you just need a certain 'drive'.

Got that certain "drive" covered as of yesterday. hehe
